Race Factory in Spandau: Simulators, Tracks, and Carrera Track

Race Factory is located in the Drivers Hall at the Motorworld area on Zitadellenweg in Spandau, about a five-minute walk from Zitadelle U-Bahn station. Inside, ten racing simulators are ready, eight of them with full-motion technology: the rigs tilt and move, making acceleration, braking, and cornering forces physically tangible. You race with Assetto Corsa, and the fleet includes around 300 vehicles and about 100 tracks. Up to ten simulators can be linked together for a joint race, headphones and pit radio are included, so children can hear each other during the drive. Before the start, the team individually adjusts the seat, pedals, steering wheel, and driving aids for each child. For breaks, the 240-square-meter event area offers a lounge with a projector and screen, as well as an 18-meter-long Carrera digital track where up to six cars can race simultaneously.

Birthday Packages for School Children with Pizza and Pit Radio

Three packages are available for children’s birthdays, differing in driving time and catering. The shortest lasts two hours, divided into 60 minutes on the simulator and 60 minutes on the Carrera track, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5; it also includes one drink and one pizza per child, priced at 65.00 Euros per person. The two larger packages each run for three hours and shift the ratio in favor of the simulators; the largest includes 120 minutes of driving time and a larger pizza. The team recommends the full-motion rigs for ages eight and up, and the two static simulators for ages six and up; a crucial factor is a height of around 130 centimeters, which will be checked on site. Ten children race simultaneously, with larger groups rotating in stints. Pizza and tarte flambée come from the kitchen, along with lemonades and coffee for the parents. Bookings are made by inquiry; the appointment is only valid after confirmation, and the group should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
