The 2025 Advent season is a very special time for families, full of sparkle, anticipation and shared experiences. And around Christmas there is so much to discover in Berlin that boredom doesn't stand a chance. At the MACHmit! Museum für Kinder in Prenzlauer Berg, the Christmas season becomes exciting and interesting; the Labyrinth Kindermuseum invites you to its Advent workshop; and on the largest theatre stage in the world, the Friedrichstadt-Palast, the big children's show casts its spell. If you prefer to get creative yourself, you can dip your own candles at Feuer & Flamme in Prenzlauer Berg or even meet Father Christmas on the BVG Christmas train. Whether a musical, a fairy-tale variety show or an Advent programme at the museum, festive spirit is well taken care of. Which Christmas experience is a must for you?

I wish you a contemplative Advent season full of shining children's eyes and lots of shared anticipation!
