Weihnachtsprogramm im ATZE Musiktheater

The 2018 Christmas program at the Atze Music Theater for children in Berlin-Wedding will be enchanting. Frau Holle, based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, vigorously shakes her pillows and also ensures that the self-confidence of Goldmarie, who is constantly criticized by her mother, is polished up again. Astrid Lindgren’s famous children’s book “Ronja the Robber’s Daughter” is brought to the stage as a Romeo and Juliet story in the land of robbers. In a world of Gray Gnomes and Rumpelwights, enchanted forests and hellish chasms, Ronja the Robber’s Daughter and her friend Birk find their way to independence.

The “Christmas Goose Auguste” for children aged 3 and up premieres on November 28, 2018, a musical narrative based on Friedrich Wolf’s children’s book classic about a goose that was actually supposed to become a Christmas roast… The fiery red musical play „Ferdi and the Fire Department“ for children aged 4 and up ensures a great mood – with many songs about the fire department. Courage and the interplay of generations are the themes of this cult musical play.

On Advent weekends, visitors can expect a small surprise from the ensemble after each performance: In the foyer, on the Advent stage, actors and musicians sing Christmas carols together, recite a poem, give a small concert, or sign postcards for the audience. Above it all, the Christmas tree, decorated by kindergarten children, presides in the foyer.
