Restaurant Jungbluth in Berlin-Steglitz has made a name for itself with young and creative cuisine, which can be enjoyed for Easter 2019 over four days, from April 19 to 22, 2019, in the form of a festive Easter menu.
The 2019 Easter menu at Jungbluth combines down-to-earth elements with fresh ideas. The menu begins with marinated veal shank with wild garlic aioli, baked gamba and lemon, followed by a spring asparagus soup, smoked char and pistachio.
For the main course, a ‘Jungbluth’ herb lamb is served with pea cream, baked quinoa and beech mushrooms. For dessert, carrot-date cake, almond rice pudding, rhubarb and almond crackers are tempting.
Jungbluth is also happy to prepare a pure fish menu for its guests on Good Friday. The restaurant also offers wine pairing for the Easter menu. Reservations are required for the Easter menu at Jungbluth.
