


The Alpine-style restaurant Alpenstück in Berlin-Mitte has prepared two different Easter menus as an Easter surprise for its guests.
The bright, friendly restaurant Alpenstück in Berlin-Mitte offers a traditional 3-course menu with seasonal and regional ingredients for Easter 2019.
The restaurant with an alpine flair starts the Easter menu with a wild garlic foam soup with fried veal tartare or, alternatively, guests can have Brandenburg water buffalo mozzarella with basil, linseed oil and a small salad. The main course features rosé fried veal steak with Beelitz asparagus, small potatoes and Hollandaise sauce. Alternatively, rosé fried May venison loin is offered with spring vegetables and potato and chive mash. For a sweet temptation at the end, guests can choose between apple strudel with vanilla sauce or berry parfait with white chocolate mousse and caramelized green pepper.
Alpenstück stands for traditional Alpine cuisine with fresh, regional and seasonal products. Alpenstück knows its suppliers personally, mostly they are farms from the Berlin surrounding area. The usual evening menu offers classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, Maultaschen or Tafelspitz.
