Craving souls can watch through a window, how Berlin’s most chocolatey chocolate cake, a raspberry tarte or the Franconian Apple Cake are prepared following an old family recipe. Every month they have a new cake card, representing the change in season.
When the store next door became available, the original small cake shop turned into a little café, with 25 places inside and a breath-taking 60 in the street. However, their stupendous cakes and tartes are also still sold to go.
Sunday is extremely busy at Mr. Minsch and sometimes you can hear comments like:”Your cakes are the only reason why we got out of bed in the first place today”.
