Every week the brewery Brauhaus Südstern comes up with fresh beers with a natural finish which are produced in a very traditional and mild procedure. You will always get the evergreens of a dark, a light and a weiss beer as well as a selection of other special creations such as beers with the flavors of apple, pumpkin or chili.
If you want to get to know more about the arts of brewing beer, you can either participate in one of the brewery classes or a guided tour. Always included: tasting the beer yourself! If you go for the brewing class, you’ll finish it with a delicious meal. After 4-6 weeks, once the beer is ready, you’ll meet again for a little tasting.
The restaurant offers a hearty menu that complements the beer. You can find several dishes such as Schnitzel, stewed knuckle of pork or Tarte Flambee.
Another highlight of Brauhaus Südstern are the events taking place at the location such as live music evenings or cabaret shows.
