The vegetarian restaurant Chipps in Berlin-Mitte is the "little brother" of the Cookies Creams. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Many of their dishes on the menu can also be turned into vegan dishes. Some items on the menu can be ordered with meat, too.

Opened in 1906, it became public property after the war and fell into disrepair until it was renovated in the 1990s for 80 million Deutschmarks. In the former jewellery vault of the Dresdner Bank, built in 1889, sits a spa of eight hundred square metres that has worked under a new brand since the end of 2024. Its twenty metre pool is framed by original marble columns, alongside a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a stalagmite ice fountain, a Kneipp foot basin and five treatment rooms.
