The vegetarian restaurant Chipps in Berlin-Mitte is the "little brother" of the Cookies Creams. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Many of their dishes on the menu can also be turned into vegan dishes. Some items on the menu can be ordered with meat, too.

The Chipps offers vegetarian and vegan cuisine for various times of the day. Guests can make their start into the day with an awesome breakfast. For example: waffles with blueberry jam and cream, French Toast with vegan bacon or rustig egg dishes like an omelette or Eggs Benedict.

For weekdays after 11:00 am, there is the vegetarian lunch. They offer some fixtures like baked fennel with pickled pears and gorgonzola with roasted pecans but on the other side there is a weekly changing menu.

The meat-free extravaganza goes on in the evening, when your taste buds will tingle with a truffle risotto with oyster mushrooms, mountain sage and chestnuts.

In a nutshell: If you want to enjoy good vegetarian and vegan food in Berlin and for whom the “big brother” Cookies Cream is way too hip, will feel right at home at the Chipps.

Top10 Berlin tip: If you go out in mixed group of vegetarians and non-vegetarians, can make both worlds meet at the Chipps. In both breakfast and lunch you can add meaty extras like bacon, sausages, roastbeef, zander or organic spring chicken.
