Vinos on Knesebeckstraße in Charlottenburg is one of six Berlin branches of the wine shop, which was founded in Kreuzberg in 1996 as Wein & Vinos. The range includes over 1,800 wines, cavas, and sherries, exclusively from Spain and Portugal. At the in-store after-work tasting, you can sample the entire program for 15 Euros.

Vinos: Spanish Wine Shop on Knesebeckstraße

Vinos was founded in autumn 1996 in Kreuzberg as Wein & Vinos by Wolf Wilder, Jörg Horn, Oliver Vanicek, and Hans Horn. From the beginning, it was solely about Spanish wines; since 2019, Portugal has been added. Today, Vinos operates six branches in Berlin as well as shops in Hamburg, Cologne, and Munich, and the online shop has been running since 1997.

The branch at Knesebeckstraße 86 in Charlottenburg is located between Savignyplatz and Ernst-Reuter-Platz. The total assortment includes over 1,800 wines, cavas, and sherries, from Rioja and Ribera del Duero to Priorat and Jerez. A Rioja Reserva from Barón de Ley costs around 13 Euros. For ten consecutive years, Vinos has been awarded as the best specialist dealer for Spanish wines.

After-work Tastings and Enjoyment Guarantee

Regular after-work tastings take place on Knesebeckstraße, with the evening costing 15 Euros. If you are not satisfied with a wine, you can return it under the enjoyment guarantee. When ordered online, shipping is free for orders over 99 Euros. It is open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 19:00, Friday until 20:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.
