The creators prepare the Vöner fresh daily from wheat protein, various vegetables, legumes, soy grits, as well as herbs and spices. It is grilled on a skewer and served in flatbread, in a Dürüm wrap, or on a plate with French fries, fresh salad, and homemade sauces. Everything on the menu is vegan, and prices are within the classic snack bar range.

Those who want to try something beyond the döner will also find what they’re looking for. Additionally, two different types of vegan burgers named „Wagenburger” and „Bioburger” are offered. The soup on the menu also changes daily. For sauces, guests have a choice: tahini-garlic, yogurt-herbs, and chili-tomato are available. If you order fries, you shouldn’t miss the peanut sauce – regulars agree: the peanut sauce is amazing.
