Behind it lies a true Berlin story: in 1989, Remzi Kaplan started Berlin’s first döner production in the Soldiner Kiez and soon supplied hundreds of snack bars in the city. The kebab shop has a heart for students: with a student ID, there’s a discount on dürüm and döner. The shop isn’t exactly huge, but the queue at lunchtime moves quickly.
