The French restaurant Bandol sur mer on Torstraße in Mitte was once again awarded a Michelin star in 2019. Great importance is placed on the quality and processing of products, which do not necessarily have to come from France but can also originate from the local area. The small French restaurant uses many individually grown herbs and vegetables, as well as long-forgotten varieties from ancient times.
The wine list is rather small but selected with great care. A concept that is well received by the trendy Mitte audience and also by many celebrities. Bandol sur Mer has since been expanded to include “3 Minutes sur mer”, which offers upscale French bistro cuisine right next door.
