Bubble-Brunch Menü im BEAST Berlin

On Easter Sunday, BEAST Berlin serves a multi-course Bubble Brunch. Guests can look forward to slow-braised lamb shank and oxtail for sharing, shakshuka at the live cooking station, unlimited premium Rosé Secco, and a House DJ set. Tickets are limited and must be booked in advance.

The Easter brunch at BEAST Berlin is a sharing menu: dishes are placed in the middle of the table, to be enjoyed together. Slow-braised lamb shank, oven-roasted potatoes with olive oil and thyme, and braised oxtail with truffle potatoes form the savory part. At the live cooking station, shakshuka is freshly prepared on sourdough bread.

This is complemented by spring salads – asparagus-strawberry salad and lemon couscous – as well as carrot and lemon cake to finish. Unlimited premium Rosé Secco and a House DJ set are part of the offer. Vegan alternatives are also provided. The brunch takes place on April 5th from 10 AM to 3 PM.
