Weihnachtsmenü im Restaurant N° 5

The elegant Restaurant N° 5 at the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt in Berlin-Mitte spoils its guests with exclusive Christmas menus during the festive season.
During the Christmas season, guests of Restaurant N° 5 at Ella-Trebe-Str. 5 in Berlin-Mitte are treated to special Christmas menus. Centrally located near the Chancellery and close to Berlin’s main train station, the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt in Berlin-Mitte, with its Restaurant N° 5, boasts an elegant establishment offering modern, upscale cuisine. The interior is modern, kept dark with a few color accents.
Restaurant N° 5 offers two different Christmas menus from December 24th to 26th. The menu on December 24th begins with Fjord trout, rutabaga cannelloni, potato foam, horseradish, beetroot chips, red cabbage broth, followed by a chestnut cream soup, stollen croutons, marinated plums, and sour cream.
As a festive main course, pink Barbarie duck breast with Quatre Épices and sweet potato fritters is served, or Brandenburg venison loin with nut-olive crust, celery, apple, cider, or char, kale broth, potato croutons, lemon, and marjoram. As a wonderful Christmas dessert, speculaas cheesecake with spiced oranges, chocolate soil, and cinnamon ice cream tempts guests with sweet sins.
The menus on December 25th and 26th each begin with smoked halibut with carrot cream and nasturtium, followed by oxtail essence and truffle tortellini. For the main course, guests can enjoy goose breast and leg, potato dumpling, red cabbage and kale, mugwort jus, or Brandenburg venison loin, nut-olive crust, celery, apple, cider, or char, kale broth, potato croutons, lemon, and marjoram. For dessert, guests are treated to chocolate mousse, Calvados apples, nougat, and vanilla parfait.
