Weihnachtsmenü im La Maison de L’entrecôte


The French restaurant La Maison de L’entrecôte serves various multi-course Christmas menus on December 24th, 25th, and 26th.
The restaurant La Maison de L’entrecôte in Berlin-Mitte spoils its guests during the Christmas season with a selection of multi-course menus. Since La Maison de L’entrecôte specializes in entrecôte steaks, Argentine entrecôte steaks are offered here for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, along with other festive delicacies such as salmon fillet and winter cod.
The menu on December 24th begins with beef bouillon with root vegetables and mushrooms, followed by Label Rouge salmon fillet, celeriac puree, and lobster foam. For the main course, the house specialty is wonderfully pink roasted entrecôte served with creamy potatoes, onions, and pepper carrots. For dessert, guests enjoy hazelnut crème brûlée with spiced apples and cinnamon.
The menus on December 25th and 26th also begin with a very Christmassy duck bouillon truffle and duck breast. This is followed by a delicious sea bass ratatouille with artichokes, bouillabaisse. For the main course, there is pink roasted venison loin, celeriac puree, Brussels sprout leaves, bacon, port wine jus, pickled cherries, or breast and leg of Brandenburg duck with elderberry red cabbage. The dessert remains the same.
The menus are available as a three-course or four-course meal.
