The "Boxi" is the Sunday heart of Friedrichshain: On the historic Boxhagener Platz, the southern neighborhood transforms weekly into one of Berlin's most popular flea markets, where vintage, vinyl, and curiosities from decades meet a relaxed atmosphere that even convinces die-hard Mauerpark grumps.

The Friedrichshagen Flea Market has been a part of Sunday culture in the Köpenick district of the same name for over 30 years. Right next to the S-Bahn station, not far from Lake Müggelsee, rummagers and bargain hunters meet for relaxed browsing among GDR memorabilia, collector's items, and all sorts of curious junk.

At John F. Kennedy Square in Schöneberg, where Kennedy once gave his famous speech, one of Berlin's most enduring flea markets takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. Here, household clear-outs, vintage fashion, and classic junk meet sellers eager to negotiate and a relaxed market atmosphere.

The first ever Ampelmann Shop is located in the fifth courtyard of the Hackesche Höfe, opened in 2001 by Markus Heckhausen, who initially assembled the lamps himself. Since 1985, the Art & Flea Market at Fehrbelliner Platz has been one of Berlin's most traditional flea markets. Located in the heart of Wilmersdorf, it combines classic flea market feeling with an art mile on Saturdays and Sundays, where paintings, jewelry, and handicrafts find their place.

Located at Strausberger Platz in Friedrichshain, Coroto feels like a well-curated living room that never had to commit to one style.
