Berlin Dressing

As he did not like dressings from the bottle, Adam Mikusch, actually graphic designer, decided to produce and sell his own dressings. Once presented on the food markets of Berlin, his Berlin dressings had such a success that Adam now sells them at his store eat berlin in the Hackesche Höfe, at Reichelt, Kaiser’s and in various gourmet shops of the city.

All sauces are handmade in a small Berlin factory from start to finish. No flavor enhancers or preservatives are added during production. For the dressings with flavors like balsamic basil, honey mustard or balsamic vanilla only selected ingredients from the region are used, which makes the sauces taste like homemade.

A special original: For the Superior Dressing even genuine gold leaf is used! Finished with edible, genuine 22 karat gold, the superior dressing is only produced to order and mixed by hand.

In his eat berlin store in the Hackesche Höfe in Berlin-Mitte, Adam Mikusch not only sells his dressings but also many other products of Berlin manufactories like honey, spreads, pesto or vodka.
