The course of the wall still runs through Berlin, marked by cobbles, signs and a long trail where the barrier once stood. Following the course of the wall reveals how deeply it cut through the city. This overview gathers Berlin locations along the former line.
A double row of cobbles traces the route through Mitte and beyond, past landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie.
