Trimm-Dich-Pfad im Grunewald

With its 3,000 hectares of forest, Grunewald is a balm for body and soul. In addition to beautiful jogging trails, Grunewald forest also offers a popular fitness trail.
Fitness trails were long considered quaint relics of the 70s, but now they are called “Vita Parcours” and are fully back in vogue. The fitness trail in Grunewald also originated in the 70s but was modernized in 2006 and remains a popular meeting point for recreational athletes and hobbyists. You can use the equipment for free, enjoy the Grunewald, and at the same time do something for your fitness and figure.
Movement, strength, and conditioning exercises can be performed on the approximately two to three-kilometer-long trail. There are 15 to 20 exercise stations for, for example, pull-ups or leapfrogs. At each station, there is an overview board showing which exercises are to be done there.
Here, exercising is done in a very relaxed way; the main thing is to have fun and be outdoors. The trail begins on Hüttenweg behind the parking lot of Forsthaus Paulsborn.
