Wein und Glas Compagnie: Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Riesling in Wilmersdorf

Wein und Glas Compagnie, located at Prinzregentenstraße 2, has been working with wine for over 40 years and is currently managed by Nils Citron, Axel Beuermann, and Rainer Schwilden. Their assortment of Bordeaux and Burgundy is unusually deep, with older vintages also available. From Germany, wines from all 14 wine regions are in their program, including over 350 Rieslings. Additionally, they offer wines from Austria, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The wine shop is organic-certified.

The price range is wide: Robert Weil’s Gutsriesling costs around 21 Euros, a Grosses Gewächs from Doosberg by Peter Jakob Kühn costs just under 70 Euros. Matching glasses from Zalto and Schott Zwiesel are also available.

Wine Seminars, Delivery, and Cellar Purchase

Regular seminars are held in the tasting room, ranging from the introductory “1×1 of Grape Varieties” for 40 Euros to evenings featuring great red wines for 100 Euros. Within Berlin, their own delivery team provides free delivery for orders over 120 Euros, and worldwide shipping is available. The Compagnie also puts together gift packages and purchases entire wine cellars.
