If you are looking for an extraordinary evening with your friends a visit in Berlins Kultkneipe Klo will be a real experience. The Klo is located not far from Ku’damm at Leibnizstraße and already the entrance provides the first surprise to the guests.

The décor is trashy, curious but also impressive at once. Here you sit tightly packed – and faithfully to the pub’s name Klo, which translates to toilet, on toilet seats.

The atmosphere is gloomy and could just as well be straight out of a Tarantino film. Skeleton, garden dwarfs as well as toilet brushes are hanging from the ceiling and are used as décor on the walls. The beer is served in urine bottles and liquor is available in test tubes. Also, special effects are waiting for the visitors everywhere in the pub. The DJ is just as much a part of the inventory as the rest.

A real highlight at Klo is the actual visit to the toilet. Next to normal toilets you can pay to enter the so called “luxury restroom”, which makes the toilet a truly special experience.

The pub Klo exists since over 40 years and there used to be two more Klo-pubs, but they have closed down. At the Klo it is always crowded, so it is only recommended to make a reservation.
