On top of that, Germany’s biggest library for children and youths offers an enormous scope of books in foreign languages, DVDs, Blurays, talking books, computer and console games and educational software. All of this can not only be borrowed but also used directly on the spot: the KiJuBi has a comfortable reading nook where you can disappear in adventure or fantasy novels or also play boardgames.

Additionally the KiJuBi provides for entertainment, they organise afternoons with storytellers, there are readings, theatre performances, kids’ cinema and workshops. The educational centre of the KiJuBi offers free help with homework during school times. The KiJuBi is a subsidiary of the Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin.
