Special dips are served with the menus to enhance the flavor experience, and black garlic is offered between courses to neutralize the taste buds.

Popular options include the Gingi Plate for two people for 54 Euros, consisting of a sashimi plate and two inside-out rolls. The Izakaya menu for two people costs 68 Euros and additionally includes two Gingi’s Classics. Those who can’t decide are well advised to choose this option.

There are only 16 seats in the restaurant, so it’s essential to make a reservation. Most guests are regulars, know each other, and feel like they’re visiting friends. Even during the week, the restaurant is often fully booked. Upon entering, owner Gingi usually greets guests personally and explains his concept. Authenticity is his top priority, which is why only fresh ingredients without additives are used. If you wish, it’s best to ask for the Omakase menu, where the chef decides what comes to the table.
