Where Treptow meets the Spree, the Arena grounds transform on selected summer evenings into Berlin's most famous street food party. At the Bite Club Street Food Market, curated food trucks, the Badeschiff (bathing boat), and a disco sound system await for a Friday night that is much more than just a market visit.

Bite Club Street Food Market: Street Food Meets Open-Air Party

Since 2013, the Bite Club has been celebrating Berlin street food on the grounds of Arena Berlin in Treptow. It’s not an ordinary food market, but rather a street food party: while you sample regional and international delicacies, loungey beats emanate from the sound system. Plus, there’s the location directly on the Spree. From the Badeschiff (bathing boat), which belongs to Arena Berlin, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Spree. This is not a side detail, but part of the concept.

A total of 18 street food trucks, ten bars, and the wine deck ensure highlights at the street food party. Visitors can sample international delicacies, such as Mexican churros, Nigerian fufu, or Indian potato fritters. Five bars and a wine deck offer a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In the evenings, people dance to live music and DJ sets.

Food Trucks, Newcomers, and Curated Concepts

What distinguishes the Bite Club from other street food markets in Berlin is its curation. Exclusively for the Bite Club, popular all-stars appear who have settled down due to their great success and now only offer their specialties at fixed locations. At the same time, there are always newcomers: for the first time, Sofia Soft Eis by Beba Will Feed You and Phoebe and the Gang with champagne and oysters were featured, as well as Roti Mama with Bengali cuisine and Precy Delish with Nigerian cuisine.

The Bite Club has been celebrating Berlin street food since 2013, helping over 50 local businesses get started. Dates are seasonal and only on selected Fridays. Admission costs 5 Euros on all dates, and is free for children. The Bite Club publishes current dates at short notice via its website and social media channels.
