Located in the best City West area and in the immediate vicinity, you will find Restaurant Glass by Israeli chef Gal Ben Moshe. The glass facade with a neon sign on Uhlandstraße already promises a modern ambiance and invites you to a fine dining evening.

At Glass, dishes from all over the world are newly and modernly interpreted. Gal Ben Moshe’s gourmet cuisine is versatile, creative, and infused with a touch of Middle Eastern flair, demonstrating high quality and very precise craftsmanship. The menu is seasonal, but particularly noteworthy is the vegan menu, offered at Glass as a 6-course menu.

The dining room is spacious and bright. The clean ambiance matches the name and draws focus to the unusual dishes. While the atmosphere is still puristic, after renovations, the restaurant appears friendlier overall than it did at its opening.

At Glass, guests can expect excellent cuisine that not only enchants on special occasions but is also suitable for business dinners in the evening.
