Spreegold makes its own pasta. Quality is taken very seriously here, fresh pasta is made every day in small lots from high quality hard wheat semolina and egg.
All year round the culinary team is working on new pasta creations, being sold as weekly specials. Some picks from the pasta card include “Green & White”, which is a pesto of basil and rocket combined with a mild farmers’ cheese, aromatic tuna pesto, anchovis and black olives or “Gnocchi-Ziege” – tasty potato gnocchi filled with goat cream cheese in a sauce of truffels and cream.
