The pasta varieties are produced daily in our own manufactory, based on Manfredo’s many years of expertise in making fine Italian pasta. The foundation is high-quality durum wheat semolina with egg. Due to the demand for uncompromising freshness, the noodles are produced only in smaller batches, but daily. You can taste it on the plate.

The menu ranges from Med Sun Pasta with fresh tagliatelle, pesto made from sun-ripened tomatoes, young spinach, and aged Parmesan, to Posh Pasta with truffle tagliatelle and walnuts, and Truffle Carbonara with truffle pesto, egg, Parmesan, and crispy bacon. There is also a Surf & Turf Pasta and an Arrabiata with beef. The Med Sun Pasta, in particular, has achieved cult status.
