Enjoy a top-class New Year’s Eve gala dinner and a selection of exquisite wines in the romantic ambience of the beautiful restaurant Weinrot (ruby) in the Hotel Savoy at Savignyplatz in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The exquisite multi-course dinner starts at 7 p.m. Afterwards the New Year 2019 will be welcomed on the roof terrace with a glass of excellent champagne.
The exclusive gala dinner will make your mouth water. The guests are welcomed with champagne. After an Amuse Bouche, pickled duck breast is served, followed by a lobster consommé. After a fine halibut and a lemon sorbet as an intermediate course, a saddle of venison in a savoy cabbage coat is served with pomegranate jus, two kinds of parsnip, polenta slices and quince. At the sweet end, the guests can enjoy a dark chocolate-ginger mousse for dessert.
The New Year’s Eve gala dinner at the restaurant Weinrot is served with corresponding wines, mineral water and coffee specialties. The champagne reception at midnight is included.
