Only chickpeas from the Galilee region in northern Israel are used for the hummus. You can taste it. The hummus is exceptionally creamy and aromatic, served with the finest olive oil. The pita bread is fluffy, fresh, and soft. So, if you think hummus is just hummus, you’ll be happy to be proven wrong here.

The menu includes a multi-tiered étagère with three different types of hummus, including Natural, Avocado, and Beetroot. It’s also worth checking out the other dishes: an absolute must is the Jerusalem Plate with a selection of traditional dishes, including Shakshuka and Babaganoush. The Friends Sandwich, available from 12 to 18 o’clock, comes as a pita filled with hummus, salad, grilled vegetables, and tahini, served with a side salad.

Many dishes are designed for sharing, making the restaurant a good meeting place for colleagues and friends. The interior impresses with lots of warm solid wood. The oven-roasted vegetable dishes and the selection of kosher wines are also highly recommended. For those looking for a quiet moment: a terrace awaits in the back part of the restaurant.
