The gourmet restaurant "Facil" - located on the roof the The Mandala Hotel - is one of the best and most beautiful restaurants in town (2 Michelin stars 2019) and 19 Gault-Millau points (2019).
The cuisines at the Facil brings classic creations together with extraodrinary spices and ingredients, this creating a unique flavour. This mix of classics and innovations results in creation such as steak tartare of Uckermark Cattle with eucalyptus and yolk or Foie Gras with basil and Thai mango.
If you want to get to know their culinary creations slowly, you may take advantage of their lunch offer. In the evening the guests can order à la carte or pick between a 4-course and a 8-course menu.
