Pure natural yogurt is one of the ingredients used to make frozen yogurt in the DÄRI milk workshop.
The owner, food engineer Stefan Falger, has made a conscious choice to go without any artificial flavours, chemical additives and ready-made mixes. This is why Däri only offers a small but select choice of high-end toppings, for example cherry purée with pistacchio sauce and hazelnut crocant. Extraordinary but tasty nonetheless: the Turkish honey speciality Halva with ground sesame and pistacchio sauce.
Next to frozen yogurt you can also order milk shakes in various flavours (raspberry, mango, blueberry, banana), warm and cold milk rice and fair-trade espresso specialities.
