On December 31, 2025, guests at the French Cathedral can expect a New Year's Eve menu with a view, served at the Hugo & Notte restaurant. Two time slots are available: the New Year's Eve Anticipation Menu in the afternoon and the New Year's Eve Menu with a slide into 2026 on the panoramic viewing platform in the evening.
