The Freiluftkino Insel is located in the summer garden of the Cassiopeia on Friedrichshain’s RAW grounds.
If needs be, free blankets and umbrellas are handed out. This “anything goes” attitude goes well with the laid-back attitude all around the open air cinema.
It’s quite often that movie and party nights blend into each other. Movie fans can get their fix on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with a varying program of art movies and brand new movies.
