Silvester Gala im TIPI AM KANZLERAMT

New Year’s Eve at TIPI AM KANZLERAMT is the evening for the grand gala with show and menu: “Vive la vie 2019!” is the name of the big New Year’s Eve show, with which Katharine Mehrling bids a boisterous “Adieu” to the old year and takes her guests with infectious “joie de vivre” into a new, exciting year 2019.

Katharine Mehrling will be accompanied by her fantastic jazz friends Ferdinand von Seebach (piano, trombone, tuba), Stephan Genze (drums, percussion), Andreas Henze (bass) and Jo Gehlmann (guitar).

New Year’s Eve begins at 6 PM with a welcome drink at the bar. From 7 PM, the first course of the gala menu will be served. At 8:30 PM, Katharine Mehrling presents the first part of the show, and after the main course, slices of grilled prime rib with truffled mashed potatoes with blanched baby carrots and mousseline sauce with capers and tarragon, there will be the second part of the show. The performance ends around 11 PM, and after dessert, incidentally layers of cardamom panna cotta and mandarin jelly, the countdown begins at 11:55 PM.

At midnight, gala guests can admire the grand fireworks at the Brandenburg Gate from the TIPI Terrace.
