Since 1991 this cozy Irish pub is located at a prominent place in the Friedrichstraße – a real novelty back then in Berlin – with its black Guinness and genuine Irish whiskey. Live broadcasts of sports events are still an important part of this authentic pub where even some of the waiters exclusively speak English.

The Oscar Wilde presents sports events like the English Premier League, the Champions League, the UEFA Cub and also rugby and cricket live on TV – TV sports events that fans in Berlin are often scrambling to find. An expert to chat with can always be found here. Different games are shown in the front of the pub and in the backroom.

The building dates from 1912 and has a special charm. The interior with its highly polished taps is not only Irish, but many of the pieces were actually flown in from Ireland.

On weekends there are often concerts with Irish folk music and regular karaoke evenings.
