Anyone who has to ring to get in immediately knows: this is no ordinary bar. At the entrance door, you activate the “ice-cold hand” to knock, and the door opens. Behind it awaits a room that elegantly turns back time. Plush Chesterfield sofas, vintage lamps, and oil paintings on bare brick walls make it hard to imagine getting up again.

Classic Cocktail Culture with its Own Standards

The bar’s philosophy is clear: classic and modern bar culture in a stylishly authentic Art Nouveau and Art Deco atmosphere. The menu features classics from the 1920s and 1930s, as well as its own first-class creations. Bar owner Dejan Spasovski places great emphasis on high-quality ingredients, some of which are made directly on-site. You can taste the result: the cocktails are well-thought-out, precisely executed, and rarely arbitrary.

Furthermore, it is the bartenders who carry the evening. The bartenders are passionate about their craft, and fresh ingredients really come into their own in the drinks. If you have something specific in mind that isn’t on the menu, just ask. The staff also prepares cocktails that are not part of the regular menu.

An Atmosphere You Won’t Soon Forget

The ambiance of the Salut! Classic Bar is dark yet cozy, with thoughtful decoration and comfortable leather sofas. The music selection complements the atmosphere without overpowering conversations. If you prefer to sit outside on warm evenings, you’re also in luck: outdoor seating is available in summer. However, especially on weekends, it’s advisable to reserve in advance. The bar is then full and lively, and couch seats are not always guaranteed.
