Since the days of Boris Becker and Steffi Graf, tennis has had many fans in Berlin, and the number of courts is impressive. The Tennis-Club Frohnau in the greenery of Reinickendorf, with its location in the middle of the park, is one of the most beautiful facilities in the city, at SV Berliner Brauereien in the Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg people play from sunrise to sunset, and at the Tennisclub Gruen-Weiss Nikolassee near the Wannsee you enjoy an idyll right by the water. Anyone who wants to play close to the city centre will find the right address at the Tennis-Club SCC in the Eichkamp recreation area. Everything is in place for a sporty meet-up with friends. For me, tennis is the best reason to go outside on a sunny day. What I like best is playing at the green Tennis-Club Frohnau, where the park swallows up the noise of the city, or at the SV Berliner Brauereien right in the middle of the Volkspark. A match, a few nice fellow players and afterwards a cool drink, that is all a good afternoon needs for me.
