Preußenpark Berlin Sportzentrum

The sports center at Kamenzer Damm in Lankwitz combines five indoor sports in one place: ten badminton double courts with sprung floors, three squash courts, two table tennis tables, a tennis hall with carpet flooring, and four double bowling alleys with their own bar. This offers the widest selection for indoor sports during rain in South Berlin.
Preussenpark Berlin Sports Center: Five Indoor Sports at Kamenzer Damm
The sports center is located on Kamenzer Damm in Lankwitz, on the grounds of the Preussen Stadium on Malteserstraße, and has been managed by Horst Zetsche for over three decades. Five sports are available under one roof, without membership or contract: tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, and bowling. The centerpiece is the badminton hall with ten double courts on a sprung floor and glare-free lighting, claimed to be the largest hall in South Berlin. Additionally, there are three squash courts, two table tennis tables, and a tennis hall with high-quality carpet flooring, for which non-marking indoor shoes are required. In summer, three outdoor artificial turf courts with quartz sand infill are also available, all equipped with floodlights.
Bowling Alleys, Restaurant, and Booking by Phone
A special feature of the facility is its four double bowling alleys with their own bowling bar, which are now rare in Berlin. A minimum age of 18 applies here, while tennis, badminton, and table tennis are suitable for children of all ages. Rackets can be rented for 2.50 Euros, suitable shoes for 3.00 Euros. Those who wish to stay after the game will find a restaurant overlooking the courts and a sun terrace, offering hot food. A sauna is also available for players at the facility, costing one Euro to use. Groups of four to fifteen people, company events, and birthdays are organized upon request. Bookings are made exclusively by phone; email inquiries will not be answered. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; thereafter, the full court rental fee is due. Frequent visitors can use discount cards, which are valid for eight months.
