Berlin Free Tour
A very special city tour is the Berlin Free Tour. Here every participant pays as much as he or she wants.
On the Berlin Free Tour of SANDEMANs NEW Europe the tour is free of charge and every participant can decide for themselves how much the tour is worth! The concept: at the end of the sightseeing, everyone decides for themselves about the tip and thus about the earnings of the tour guide. This circumstance is of course the incentive for the city guides neither to mumble nor to be boring.
All tours start at the Brandenburg Gate (besides the beer tour and the pub crawl, these start in front of the old post office at Oranienburger Straße S-Bahn station) and take place every day and in all weather conditions. The famous sights such as Checkpoint Charlie, Gendarmenmarkt and the remains of the Berlin Wall are explored and explained in about 2.5 hours on foot.
