Osterferienprogramm im Alten Museum

The National Museums in Berlin have put together an extensive Easter holiday program. The Altes Museum on Museum Island in Berlin, for example, has created a three-day holiday program around the Greek gods for Easter.
During the Berlin Easter holidays 2024, the National Museums in Berlin invite children and young people to various multi-day workshops where they can explore topics of their choice in more detail.
The Altes Museum, for example, has chosen the theme “Tragedies and Comedies in the World of Gods” for the Easter holidays. Curtain up for Zeus, Dionysus, Hades, Athena, Aphrodite and Co. – this is the title of the Easter holiday workshop at the Altes Museum for children aged 9 to 12. Children retell the myths of the Greek world of gods in a self-built peep-box stage. Unexpected twists and reinterpretations of the well-known stories are, of course, expressly desired.
Alternatively, children aged 9 to 12 can also participate in the two-hour “From Selfie to Emperor” workshop. Here they learn how Roman emperors already made their images known to the world.
Registration for the workshops is required up to three working days before the start. The workshops are subject to a fee. Admission to the National Museums in Berlin is generally free for children and young people under 18.
