A snack counter at the front, a long dining hall behind it with a view of Seestraße: Saray, located at the corner of Müllerstraße and Seestraße, is one of the long-established Turkish restaurants in Wedding. After a fire in May 2015, the building was renovated and reopened in November of the same year. Seestraße subway station is right outside the door.
Yaprak Döner and Hot Meze
Saray is known for its Yaprak Döner, which consists of thinly sliced layers of meat instead of minced meat. Those who prefer to sit at a table will find various kebab dishes, Lahmacun, and a wide selection of hot and cold appetizers on the menu. Vegetarian dishes and desserts are also available. In summer, outdoor seating is available, and for those in a hurry, food can be taken from the counter for takeaway.
