Behind it is The Duc Ngo, who serves a wide range of Japanese cuisine, enriched with other Asian, South American, and European influences, as well as a wealth of spices. The fusion concept follows his style: Japanese base, a dash of South America, a few global darlings, in a trendy spot with a club-like atmosphere and open kitchen.

The Menu: Between Classic and Creative

The menu includes classic favorites such as sushi, sashimi, tempura, and tataki, but also more creative dishes like “Sashimi Taquitos”, “Tai Yuzu Truffle”, and “Unagi Royal”. The product quality of the lavish sushi and sashimi platters is very good, and classics like sea bass ceviche or miso cod are intensely flavored. If you snag a seat at the counter, don’t underestimate it: From there, guests can watch the chefs directly prepare sushi and sashimi. Table reservations are practically mandatory, as the restaurant is almost always fully booked.
