Take a particularly fruity tomato sauce, a wafer-thin stone-baked base, combine them classically with aubergine or fresh arugula, and get one of the best pizzas to go in all of Berlin!
Even though the small “Garda Pizza” shop initially appears unassuming from the outside, the taste of the Roman tongue pizza, the friendly service, and the good value for money (a slice of pizza costs 2.00 Euros) are convincing. Almost all ingredients such as cheese, ham, and flour are directly imported from Italy.
Added to this is the relaxed atmosphere in Schöneberg’s Crelle Kiez, which in summer invites you to enjoy your pizza under a string of lights on beer benches in front of the shop.
