At PastaLaden in Berlin-Weißensee, Italian cuisine extends far beyond lasagna and pasta, captivating with delicious aromas and culinary specialties.
Fresh ingredients, fragrant spices, and beautifully arranged plates are the hallmark of the Italian restaurant PastaLaden in Berlin, near Antonplatz. In a stylish ambiance, you dine exclusively as guests and can choose from homemade pasta, which tastes quite different from the usual pasta at home. Authentic cuisine is the focus here, with Ravioli, Linguine, Tagliolini, or Serpentelli. The names of the dishes are not only melodious but also taste uniquely good with selected side dishes such as green asparagus, Pecorino cheese, salmon, truffles, or a rosemary-juniper marinade.
The restaurant’s interior has something of a cozy living room, although the open kitchen and fresh food counter are also present. While there isn’t necessarily a lot of space, if you manage to snag a seat, enjoyment is guaranteed. There is a daily menu with dishes personally prepared by Chef Alberto. In the display case, pasta is offered in various colors and flavors, made from special Italian flours. You can also choose various sauces and side dishes, order your pasta with pesto or cheese, or enjoy an eggplant lasagna or antipasti with a glass of wine.
