Right in the heart of Berlin on Hackescher Markt, the restaurant Weihenstephaner Berlin is situated. Crunchy and golden-brown, the restaurant will serve the Martin goose in its quaint vaulted cellar from 11th November 2018.

The crispy Christmas goose will be offered until the end of December with orange-thyme jus, red and kale and potato dumplings. The specialty of the restaurant is beer, brewed by the in-house Bavarian brewery Weihenstephan, including some beers awarded the World Beer Award, such as the full-bodied Weihenstephaner yeast white beer, the “Weizenbock” Vitus or the fruity-dark “Doppelbock Korbinian”.

Hearty duck leg, roast beef, hearty wild goulash or roast goose, served with traditional additions such as red cabbage, bread dumplings or prune jus, can be selected from four classic Christmas menus. The classic German dishes are framed by chestnut soup with cinnamon crust or wintery lettuce. For dessert, red wine pear with vanilla ice cream or speculum mousse with hot forest berries will be served.
