Under the concrete dome of the Tempodrom lies a circular brine pool of around thirteen metres across, where underwater music plays and a light installation moves across the walls. There is also a warm salt water pool in the open air, a darkened retreat in warm water and a swimwear free sauna area with four heat rooms between 45 and 90 degrees.

Where the death strip once divided the city, today stands the power center of reunited Germany. The Berlin Government District in Mitte is not a museum district, but living history: the Reichstag, the 'Band des Bundes' (Federal Ribbon), and silent memorials tell stories of division, unity, and democracy in a confined space.
From November 16, 2026, to January 10, 2027, a 600-square-meter real ice rink will be located under the dome of the Center at Potsdamer Platz. Skate rental and ice-skating aids are available on site, and a small Christmas market with eight stalls is attached. Thanks to the roofing, this ice rink in Berlin-Mitte is weather-protected and can be used well even in rain or snow.
The silver dome on Prenzlauer Allee in Prenzlauer Berg is Berlin's window to space. The Zeiss Grand Planetarium is one of Europe's largest planetariums, captivating curious children and adults alike with its 360° fulldome experience, drawing them into the universe.
The Reichstag on Republic Square has been the seat of the German Bundestag again since 1999 and welcomes well over a million guests annually for the dome and roof terrace alone. Norman Foster's glass dome measures 40 meters in diameter and consists of 800 tons of steel. Two spiral ramps lead up to a height of 40.7 meters. Admission is free, but registration is mandatory.
Under the thirty-meter wide dome on Prenzlauer Allee, the Zeiss Grand Planetarium projects onto a twenty-three-meter inner dome, featuring a star projector, eight planet projectors, and a sound system with forty-nine loudspeakers. The program ranges from science and concerts to readings and movies, with tickets starting at 12 Euros.

Schlossgut Altlandsberg combines historic buildings with rural idyll. The manor offers diverse premises with capacities for up to 200 guests in the baroque castle church, the dome hall, and the brewery and distillery. Weddings can be held here religiously, civilly, or freely.
The Great Tropical House in the Dahlem Botanical Garden is a self-supporting hall structure from 1906 and 1907, sixty by thirty meters wide and twenty-three meters high. Inside, a piece of tropical forest grows with giant bamboo, screw pine, and cycads. A day ticket for the entire garden costs 10 Euros, reduced it is 5 Euros.
The Zeiss Planetarium at Schöneberg is located on the foot of the "Insulaner", one of Berlin's rubble hills.

In the dome, 360 mirrors direct daylight into the plenary hall. For school classes in Berlin, lectures, dome visits and the simulation game are free but need registration.
Since 2004, a tropical resort with an air temperature of 26 degrees Celsius has been located under the former CargoLifter airship hangar, 360 meters long and 107 meters high. It includes a South Sea lagoon of approximately 3,000 square meters with a 200-meter sandy beach, a 27-meter high slide tower, around 50,000 plants, and an outdoor area of 35,000 square meters.
