THE Spa at Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof is part of the hotel’s modernized “Fit and Spa Lounge” and is open daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The centerpiece is an impressive 18 by 10-meter indoor pool, which can be reached via its own wellness elevator. This means you don’t even have to walk through the lobby in the morning, which we consider a real comfort bonus. The facilities also include a sauna, steam bath, experience showers, an ice fountain, and a heated bench. The Finnish sauna and steam bath are suitable for both relaxation and preparation for a massage. After a sauna session, you can wonderfully regenerate on comfortable loungers by the pool or on the sun terrace. In addition, vitamin cocktails and drinks are available at the Pool Bar, which truly stood out for us compared to other hotel spas. THE Spa also works with high-quality care products from the THANN brand, which contain shiso plant extracts and rice bran oil as key active ingredients.

Massages, Treatments, and Prices

The spa menu is well-conceived and versatile. Each treatment begins with a consultation. Afterward, the massage is tailored to individual needs, incorporating techniques from Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. Those who prefer a gentler approach can book the Soft Touch Massage, specifically developed for stressed daily routines, combining Ayurveda, Balinese massage techniques, and Lomi-Lomi elements. Each treatment also includes a foot bath, exquisite teas, and snacks, which felt really good during the visit. External guests who wish to use the spa area can book a treatment and pay an additional 25 Euros for full access to the gym, sauna, and pool. Hotel guests use the entire lounge free of charge. The couple’s package is particularly popular and includes not only the shared treatment but also exotic juices, healthy teas, and snacks. Prices for combination packages of massage and facial treatment range from mid to high, depending on duration, with savings of up to 55 Euros for combined massage-and-facial packages compared to individual bookings, depending on duration.
