The Saunarivm is held in the style of a Roman temple with a fitting Roman steam bath and a tepidarium but also boasts a Finnish sauna in the heart of Pankow.
Shiny mosaic tiles, small fountains and antique-looking sculptures provide the backdrop on its 450 square metres for every sauna-lover to feel at ease here.
While the Roman steam bath hits you with only 40° C of temperature but 100% of humidity, the tepidarium offers 60° C and 50% of humidity. The Finnish sauna offers a dry heat at 90° C, water gets poured on the stones every 30 minutes.
Your sauna experience is enhanced with an integrated therapeutic session of coloured lights and essential oils or a beauty bath (for example with honey and milk or cream and rose oil) in the whirlpool. After the renovation in Summer 2013 a tiled steam bath for 8 persons was installed, its special are brine mists.
