Prices for a wedding dress range between 800 and 3,500 Euros, plus an outlet area with models available for immediate purchase, for which no separate appointment is necessary. The standard consultation lasts two hours and is free of charge; the two VIP variants cost a fee, which is credited towards a dress purchase of 1,000 Euros or more. Brides may be accompanied by three to six people, depending on the type of appointment. Adjustments are made in the in-house alteration tailor shop; alternatively, adjustments can be made at the factory for an additional charge. For purchase, the house recommends a lead time of nine to twelve months; ordered dresses then require a delivery time of three to nine months.
