Everything is upside down at Madame Claude. The bar in Berlin-Kreuzberg used to be a brothel. These days a completely furnished living room with tables, chairs and other stuff is hanging down from the ceilings. At night the small club, that is located in the basement of the building, gets pretty crowded. Especially French people seem to love the atmosphere. Prices for drinks are quite fair and the range of drinks isn’t too bad either. You should try the owner’s specialty: the “Mme. Claude” cocktail.
For all those who don’t have supernatural powers to do the Spiderman the bar also has a couple of seating options on the floor. Most people like to dance though as music is the key at this club. Live acts and DJs often play at Madame Claude. Besides dancing your feed off you can also play a round of table soccer or ping-pong. Everything is just chill and relaxed but mixed with a cool atmosphere which is why the bar is so popular – especially among students.
Every day Madame Claude comes up with another cool party theme like “Freaky Friday” or “Habemus Samstag”. Every Wednesday you can participate in a fun music quiz.
